Non so perchè ho aspettato tanto a pubblicare questo post. Questa foto e questa ricetta giacevano abbandonate in un angolino del mio PC, quasi rassegnati a non vedersi mai pubblicati. E ho sbagliato, perchè è un dolce semplice, relativamente dietetico, ma molto molto gustoso, e soffice, quasi come una nuvola. La ricetta è di Imma , io l'ho ribattezzata "Soffio di cioccolato", per la sua consistenza soffice, morbida e vellutata. Ve la propongo oggi che il mio blog compie un anno.

100 g di zucchero a velo 200 g di cioccolato (quello che preferite)
60 g di maizena
a teaspoon of baking powder 100g butter
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler (I microwave) and allow to cool. Then add the powdered sugar, baking powder and sifted cornstarch.
