How Many Calories In A Nc Bbq Sandwich?

Interpretation of a meatball

Perhaps the challenge of February I would have preferred Alessandro we propose to cook the reindeer! I had serious difficulties in devising a meatball original, interesting enough to be able to hit the courts.

1 uovo
3 cucchiai di farina 00
acqua q.b.
breadcrumbs salt to taste

oil for frying (I Peanut)

To serve: 200 g
Ciccolo
white berries

Pour cold water in a saucepan with the rice, sugar, ; juice and orange rind. Bring to a boil and cook until the rice is cooked and has absorbed all liquid. Be cool and add egg, mixing well with the rice (In retrospect, we would add some pieces of white ciococlato, or dried fruit or candied orange semicandide ...). Allow to cool completely (preferably whole overnight). Form small balls the size of a hazelnut (Do small, otherwise after the breading will be too large to be described as "finger food") and dip them in batter made with flour and enough water to reach a fairly liquid consistency. Bread in the bread crumbs, and repeat. This double breading will not break the dumpling and be especially crisp. Fry in deep oil and serve hot, accompanied by melted white chocolate and some berries.
Also in retrospect, I might think about doing two versions, rice and white chocolate, served with dark chocolate and candied orange. What say you, judges, that is the recipe made only in thought? I just still a little problem to solve: how to call them?

Buon Appetito! Stefania
